More about WordPress

To use HappyKiddo Theme, first you need to have WordPress installed. Below you can find more information about WordPress:

Support

Support is organized via Entro Themes’s support system. Standard support coverage is 6 months from the purchase date. Once this period is up, you have opportunity to extend the support coverage for another 6 or 12 months.

|___ How to use the support system

Our support system has two main features – to manage client tickets and to manage knowledge base.

Before you open a new ticket, please check our knowledge base for a solution. This simple step will help you to save time. More than 90% of all client tickets and the solutions are well described in our knowledge base system.

|___ How to open a new support ticket

o Step1:Goto TicketSystem

o Step 2: From the upper right corner click on “New support ticket”

o Step 3: Please follow the instructions on the screen and click on “Submit”

What is included

When you download our theme, you will receive a zip file with the following content:

o HappyKiddo Theme – zip file with the main theme ( Vesteotheme.zip ) o HappyKiddo Child Theme – zip file with the child theme ( Vesteochild.zip )

o Demo folder – Demo folder with Revolution Slider demos..

o Documentation Folder – Folder with the full available documentation regarding HappyKiddo Theme.

Child Theme

A WordPress child theme takes the functionality of the main theme. It gives you the possibility to customize an existing theme. Instead of modifying the theme files directly, you can activate the child theme and work within it.

All customizations are stored in the child theme and anything in the child takes over the parent. So if the same file exist in both child and parent, the file from the child will control that aspect of the theme.

Working with child themes, your customizations are safeguarded from future upgrades because you only upgrade the parent theme, which you never edit, while the customizations are protected in your child theme which you don't upgrade.

Note : When you install one of our themes you must upload both parent and child theme folders to /wp- content/themes/ but you should only activate the Child theme via Appearance > Themes.
